Stop The Spread

Let's Stop the Spread:

- Maintain 2 meters distance with people outside of your      household

- Stay home as much as you can

- Limit out of household activities, unless necessary

- Visit grocery stores one per week, less if possible

- Try curbside pickup at retailers that offer the service

Social Distancing:

Daily Precautions to Take:

- Wash your hands with soap often

- Sanitize frequently (at least 60% alcohol)

- Avoid contact with out of household individuals

- Stay home if you are sick and showing symptoms of COVID-19

- Cough or sneeze into a tissue or your elbow (immediately            dispose of said tissue in the garbage)

- Refrain from touching your eyes, ears, and mouth with unwashed    hands

How and When to Wear Non-Medical Masks:

- Ensure the mask is clean, dry, and does not have any holes/rips

- Wash hands or sanitize before and after touching the mask

- Use the ear loops to secure the mask and fully cover your nose      and mouth

- Replace or wash the used mask once it becomes wet or dirty

- Wear the face-mask or covering anytime in a public space

The Basics of Self-Isolating:

- Self-isolating means staying home to prevent the spread of COVID-19

- It is recommended that you self-isolate at your home if:

   a) You are in an at-risk group (e.g. immuno-compromised)

   b) You are showing symptoms of COVID-19

   c) You have traveled out of province or out of the country recently

   d) You have come into contact with someone infected with COVID-19

   e) You have come into contact with someone who has traveled out of         province or out of the country recently
